Spice Up Your Pantry with Hanna's Pepper Hack
1. In the spice grinder, working in batches, add three or four Calabrian chili peppers at a time and grind finely.
2. As you work, pull the stems of the chilies, and smash them in your fingers over the bowl of the grinder.
3. Pick out the core, and knock all the seeds off it into the grinder, but discard the hard, white center.
4. Store any leftover spice in an airtight container until next time.
